The Lead Sales Account Executive will drive sales pipelines, partner with team members, and solution-sell to mid-market companies, utilizing CRM tools to track progress and build relationships with key decision-makers.

Develops and expands commercial treasury relationships by sourcing new business, delivering treasury and deposit solutions, cross-selling bank products, and managing client portfolios. Uses CRM to track pipeline, negotiates deals, prepares proposals/RFPs, mentors junior staff, and represents the bank in the community. Ensures compliance with federal regulations and AML/CFT requirements, meets sales goals, and frequently travels to client meetings and industry events.

Manage residential and contractor HVAC sales for a wholesale distributorship: develop and maintain client relationships, solicit new accounts, meet sales targets, resolve customer issues, attend industry events, provide product presentations and training, and operate warehouse equipment as needed.
