The role requires pipeline forecasting in Salesforce, post-proof-of-value ROI management, customer relationship development, and collaboration with distributed sales and success teams. Travel of up to 50% within the assigned territory may be required.

Serve as an FP&A partner to Product and Engineering, owning budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and FP&A tooling rollout. Build scalable processes, reporting, KPIs, and perform strategic financial analysis to inform resource allocation and efficiency.

Own the global sales compensation and incentive strategy, including quota methodology, plan design, crediting rules, accelerators, SPIFFs, governance, and exception management. Translate cybersecurity capabilities into business value for technical practitioners and executives.

Provides product and technology legal counseling throughout the product lifecycle while operating Horizon3’s global privacy program. Advises Product, Engineering, Security, Compliance, and GTM teams on privacy laws, AI regulation, data flows, DPAs, cross-border transfers, privacy-by-design, incidents, audits, and customer diligence. Drafts playbooks, policies, notices, and contractual terms; supports enterprise negotiations; and delivers practical, risk-based guidance in a fast-moving cybersecurity environment.

Owns operational processes for MSSP, MSP, and Telco partners, including onboarding, activation, licensing, provisioning, usage, billing, renewals, reporting, and recurring revenue visibility. Builds scalable workflows, dashboards, controls, SLAs, and automation while improving data quality and partner lifecycle management. Coordinates cross-functional execution across Channel, Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, Product, and Customer Success, and leads operating reviews, escalations, and process improvements.
