Coordinate renewals and new sales for BioCyc/Pathway Tools, maintaining sales records and renewal tracking in HubSpot and Stripe. Manage customer outreach, negotiations, contracting, invoicing, compliance coordination, customer support, forecasting, pipeline reporting, and sales metrics. Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and customers to ensure a reliable commercial experience.

Supports low-complexity grants, contracts, and agreements for a government research organization. Responsibilities include contract analysis, compliance review, proposal preparation, pre-contract data collection, government contract administration, vendor and customer communications, and drafting nondisclosure and teaming agreements. The role collaborates with legal, project, program, sales, and service teams and may require minimal travel to SRI or customer sites.
