Corporate Counsel will advise a growing fintech on commercial transactions, software and payment agreements, privacy, data protection, payment regulations, and corporate matters. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, advising product, engineering, security, and compliance teams, supporting PCI DSS and card network requirements, maintaining legal templates and playbooks, assisting acquisitions and governance, and monitoring regulatory developments. The role requires practical, business-oriented legal advice and independent management of multiple priorities.

Manage and expand existing Maestro PMS customer accounts by building stakeholder relationships, executing account plans, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and driving renewals. Address customer concerns, collaborate with Customer Success, maintain CRM records and sales pipelines, analyze account metrics, and report growth and satisfaction updates to management while achieving sales targets.

Manage payments and platform services revenue accounting, including billing, revenue recognition, reconciliations, month-end close, payment lifecycle oversight, and POS terminal accounting. Lead payment incident resolution, internal controls, audit support, and process improvements across U.S. and Canadian operations. Manage, mentor, and develop the accounting team while collaborating with risk, underwriting, sales, operations, systems, executives, and external auditors.

Owns the architecture, administration, integrations, governance, controls, and roadmap for the company’s financial systems, including Zuora, Salesforce, and NetSuite. Leads quote-to-cash system processes, vendor relationships, implementations, troubleshooting, automation, access reviews, audit support, and cross-functional technology initiatives. Manages and develops a team of financial systems professionals while partnering with Finance, Accounting, IT, Security, Procurement, Legal, and external providers.

Own customer data migration projects from analysis and cleanup through execution, validation, and communication of results. Develop and maintain migration scripts and tooling, work with APIs and structured data, resolve quality issues, and collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering. Manage multiple projects, handle complex datasets, answer customer questions, safeguard sensitive information, and improve migration processes, documentation, and scalability.

The Senior People Business Partner advises leaders on organizational effectiveness, performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, talent decisions, and organizational change. The role conducts investigations, coaches leaders, develops performance improvement plans, manages sensitive employee matters, and partners with People Team functions across the United States and Canada. It requires strong business judgment, knowledge of Canadian employment practices, and the ability to balance strategic consultation with hands-on execution.
