Leads technical work-package projects supporting 10–20 engineering FTEs. Manages project teams, technical scope, schedules, deliverable quality, customer requirements, staffing, risks, stakeholder communications, and project reporting. Responsibilities include defining requirements and interfaces, leading design reviews and supplier coordination, preparing engineering documentation, managing tooling and testing, maintaining DFMEAs, resolving design and manufacturing issues, and supporting build events and production readiness. The role requires automotive exterior trim experience, 3DEXPERIENCE knowledge, design-risk management, and cross-functional coordination.

Design Engineer responsible for development of vehicle body exterior components, including design, feasibility assessments, and quality documentation, using CAD and working within cross-functional teams.

Develops and validates embedded control software for aerospace power electronics, including active rectifiers, motor controls, converters, and AC drives. Responsibilities include requirements development, firmware coding, algorithm design, debugging, simulation, verification testing, technical documentation, supplier and customer coordination, design reviews, and compliance with airworthiness and DO-178 processes. Provides technical leadership, reviews peer work, mentors engineers, and supports product development and improvement initiatives.

Owns and supports technical engineering projects involving system controls, software, communications, and components. Serves as a technical point of contact for internal and external customers, processes engineering changes, performs troubleshooting and root-cause failure analysis, evaluates redesigns, coordinates with suppliers, and ensures systems meet performance, safety, reliability, and airworthiness requirements.

Responsibilities include defining sensor placement, mounting, interfaces, packaging, and design requirements; coordinating suppliers, tooling, verification, validation, calibration, and manufacturing readiness; assessing alignment, tolerances, vibration, temperature, contamination, and vehicle-system interactions; maintaining DFMEAs and product-release data in 3DEXPERIENCE; and supporting vehicle builds and production launch.

Reviews aerospace product requirements, compliance methods, and verification plans; provides technical input to design and analysis; supports hardware test setup, procedure writing, testing, troubleshooting, production builds, inspection investigations, corrective actions, and technical documentation. The role also interfaces with suppliers, OEMs, and internal teams to ensure products meet airworthiness, customer, and company standards.
