Own and develop an instrument simulator for microwave and radar sensors, improve surface and scattering treatments, integrate simulator outputs into product calibration/validation, lead instrument trade studies, and participate in on-call incident response.

Lead Tomorrow.io's public-sector sales across Latin America, owning full sales cycle, building senior government relationships, managing RFPs/tenders and donor-funded programs, driving partner channels, representing the company at regional events, tailoring solutions with internal teams, and maintaining a strong pipeline to meet regional sales targets (travel up to 25%).

The VP will scale Tomorrow.io's government business in LATAM, managing sales teams, closing contracts, and building relationships with government stakeholders to achieve revenue targets.
