Partners with managers and functional leaders on organizational health, change leadership, talent management, performance management, compensation, employee relations, engagement, and team development. Supports employee relations matters and workplace investigations from intake through resolution. Partners with managers, People Business Partners, Legal, and employees on policy guidance, conflict resolution, compliance, documentation, and corrective actions. Maintains confidential case files, analyzes trends, prepares reports and dashboards, supports policy updates and training, and helps mitigate organizational risk. Requires sound judgment, discretion, strong investigative and communication skills, and knowledge of federal and California employment laws.

Coordinate daily receipt of aerospace parts, materials, tooling, equipment, and supplies. Process accurate ERP/MRP receiving transactions, labels, documentation, certifications, traceability, inspections, discrepancies, and inventory controls. Maintain receiving and quarantine areas, expedite critical materials, support continuous improvement, and assist with shipping, inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations. Operate material-handling equipment safely and collaborate with Procurement, Quality, Inventory, Logistics, and Production teams.

Designs and builds automated RF test systems for component- and spacecraft-level applications. Develops test automation software, data processing, sequencing, and reporting; defines RF test requirements; and supports OTA, EMI/EMC, antenna pattern, and spacecraft system testing. Performs environmental testing including thermal cycling, TVAC, vibration, shock, and humidity, while supporting spacecraft integration in cleanroom facilities. Requires RF test experience, test equipment expertise, and software development skills.

Design and analyze primary and secondary structures for human-rated space stations. Develop mechanical designs, manufacturing drawings, test plans, and operational concepts while accounting for loads, vibrations, thermal effects, and other environments. Lead subsystem interface trades, support hardware through manufacturing and testing, and collaborate with fabricators and technicians to improve designs, processes, and resolve issues.

Develop, test, maintain, and support full-stack web applications and backend services using frontend technologies, APIs, microservices, data modeling, and application pipelines. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, code reviews, debugging, incident resolution, and technical discussions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable enterprise applications and improve engineering tools and practices.

Own internal mobility and contractor hiring processes from application or request through transition or start. Screen internal candidates, coordinate interviews and transition timing, maintain internal postings and documentation, manage contractor vendors and conversions, track requisition progress, and report on internal fill rates, transition times, conversions, vendor performance, and rate adherence. Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, People Operations, and People Business Partners.

Supports satellite business development as the technical bridge between engineering and prospective customers. Advises customers on system-level tradeoffs involving propulsion, payload, power, and performance; operates simulation tools; develops technical proposals; responds to RFIs and RFPs; and represents engineering at customer meetings, conferences, and public forums. The role also refines internal analysis tools, applies AI to engineering workflows, and collaborates cross-functionally throughout the sales cycle.

Leads characterization of lunar environmental hazards, including regolith and dust, radiation, micrometeorites, thermal conditions, illumination, and terrain. Translates findings into design requirements, margins, standards, verification methods, and risk mitigations across lunar habitats, surface systems, mechanisms, life support, avionics, power, and crew interfaces. Partners with systems architecture and hardware teams, leads trade studies and milestone reviews, applies historical lunar mission data, represents environmental risk to external partners, and mentors engineers.

Administer and support Teamcenter and NX PLM systems for aerospace engineering and manufacturing teams. Responsibilities include troubleshooting accounts, access, workflows, configurations, integrations, and material management; translating requirements into system changes; coordinating contractors; supporting patches and upgrades; maintaining documentation; and delivering user training. The role also requires requirements gathering, testing, root-cause analysis, and occasional overtime or weekend support for critical mission milestones.
