Manages international government and institutional crew-partnership accounts for Vast’s commercial space business. Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for avionics systems and wiring harnesses. Create manufacturing plans, assembly procedures, and work instructions; resolve production issues through root cause analysis; collaborate with design, quality, and suppliers; perform hands-on assembly, integration, and testing; and drive continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and cost.

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for spacecraft solar arrays and avionics hardware. Responsibilities include design-for-manufacturing feedback, tooling and GSE development, assembly and testing, work instruction creation, supplier process review, root cause analysis, corrective actions, quality control, and continuous improvement. The role supports solar array environmental, deployment, and acceptance testing while collaborating with engineering, quality, suppliers, and technicians. It also includes mentoring colleagues and supporting new product introduction from prototype through production.

Designs, builds, and operates test rigs and ground support equipment for ECLSS fluid, chemical, and electrical control systems. Performs hardware assembly, instrumentation, integration, troubleshooting, data collection, and analysis. Develops test procedures, work instructions, schematics, and DAQ setups while supporting flight-hardware acceptance and qualification campaigns. Collaborates with manufacturing, controls, and responsible engineering teams to transition research testing into standardized production processes.

Own RF products from development through mission service, including design, manufacturing, testing, integration, qualification, and vehicle delivery. Define test plans, checkout procedures, and RF requirements; coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors; conduct design reviews and trade studies; and support mission operations as an RF subject matter expert.

The Senior RF Engineer will develop RF hardware products, create testing procedures, design RF systems, and ensure communication reliability on space stations.

Owner of contingent workforce operations including onboarding, lifecycle management, and offboarding for contractors and consultants. Partner cross-functionally (Legal, IT, Finance, Supply Chain) to ensure compliance, worker classification, access provisioning, and payroll/vendor coordination. Build scalable processes, reporting, and international HR operations support for offices abroad. Support audits, process improvements, and People Operations backup as needed.
