Develops test plans, procedures, instrumentation requirements, and reports; coordinates internal and external test campaigns; analyzes data and leads failure investigations. The role collaborates across engineering disciplines, supports test facility and GSE development, applies aerospace standards, and presents readiness reviews and results throughout the product lifecycle.

Build and own satellite assembly, integration, and test processes from development units through rate production. Define test philosophies, plans, procedures, verification methods, environmental testing, and mechanical/electrical ground support equipment. Lead spacecraft integration campaigns, troubleshoot failures, manage test data, improve repeatability, and support design-for-manufacture and design-for-test. Designs and maintains Python-based automated test systems for flight-critical avionics hardware.
