Responsibilities include product implementation, underwriting guidelines, policy forms, audits, regulatory reporting, relationship health reporting, reinsurance submissions, and identifying new capacity opportunities. The role translates business requirements into technical specifications and coordinates across underwriting, sales, compliance, product, and development teams.

Lead planning, execution, and implementation of complex, cross-functional company initiatives. Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, systems, dependencies, resources, requirements, workflows, documentation, meetings, and project milestones. The role requires understanding insurance policy and claims lifecycles, technical system integrations, data flows, and business processes, while communicating proactively and removing blockers. This is a fully remote U.S.-based position with some travel for meetings and training.
