Provide legal counsel on entertainment, sports and consumer products licensing for high-profile talent and brands. Draft and negotiate IP, endorsement, sponsorship, and event agreements; develop templates and playbooks; advise on trademarks, copyrights, children's advertising/privacy (COPPA/FTC/CARU), brand protection, royalty audits, and lifecycle management of licensing agreements. Partner with cross-functional and international teams and manage outside counsel.
