Manage cross-functional projects from concept to commercialization, ensure regulatory compliance, analyze product and financial performance, and leverage digital/AI tools to improve workflows and decision-making.

Manage Dermalogica PRO advocate community end-to-end: source and onboard professional skincare creators, run gifting and seeding logistics, execute community campaigns, track performance against Earned Media Value (EMV), maintain advocate records and tiers, and analyze data to optimize outreach and engagement.

Build and maintain marketing data pipelines and integrations across paid media, CRM, and on-site analytics. Ensure data quality, governance, and accurate tag/pixel implementation (GTM, server-side). Support audience activation, attribution, and reporting to drive ecommerce performance and enable marketing teams to act on trusted data.

Lead and scale affiliate and creator commerce across platforms (ShopMy, Amazon Creator Connections, TikTok Shop). Recruit and manage creators, MCNs, and agencies; optimize affiliate strategies for traffic, conversion, and EMV; coordinate cross-functionally with sales, eCommerce, and marketing; run reporting, analytics, forecasting, and performance recaps to drive revenue and creator activation.

Lead US creative strategy and execution, translating global brand direction into market-relevant campaigns. Oversee concept development, end-to-end production across channels, vendor and budget management, and regional adaptation. Manage and mentor a creative team, partner with marketing and commercial stakeholders, and ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative output.

Manage day-to-day engagement across Dermalogica PRO social channels: respond to DMs/comments, run community challenges and recurring interactive content, source and amplify UGC, monitor social listening, analyze engagement and EMV results, and report insights to improve earned social performance while maintaining an on-brand community voice.

Support planning and execution of influencer, KOL, talent, and experiential programs. Manage partner outreach, contracting, onboarding, content logistics, event production, budgets, and reporting. Build professional skincare and creator relationships, support cross-functional initiatives, and drive program performance and operational excellence.

Lead strategy to grow Dermalogica Professional community and scale Earned Media Value (EMV). Define discovery, activation, and engagement plans across social platforms, own EMV measurement and reporting, and manage a team of two Community Coordinators. Partner cross-functionally to align community work with brand priorities and surface trends to drive earned reach.
