Drives process improvement, safety, quality, productivity, cost reduction, innovation, equipment validation, new formula introduction, scale-up, commercialization, and plant start-ups. Manages CAPEX and non-CAPEX projects, standardizes processes, supports reactive chemistry and coating manufacturing, and develops process engineers and technical teams across multiple sites.
