Lead and scale Windsor Fashions' direct-to-consumer digital business across web and mobile. Own ecommerce strategy, UX/site optimization, merchandising, omnichannel initiatives, analytics, A/B testing, and integrated digital marketing. Manage budgets, vendors, and a cross-functional team to drive conversion, retention, revenue, and profitability for domestic and international customers.

Lead Windsor's CRM, lifecycle, and loyalty strategy, managing a team of three. Develop omni-channel email/SMS/push programs, loyalty rollouts, segmentation, testing, analytics, and cross-functional roadmaps to drive retention, repeat purchases, and lifetime value while overseeing platforms, data hygiene, and vendor relationships.

Serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and IT/Engineering to intake, triage, and architect requirements for mobile and eCommerce initiatives. Own mobile product strategy and vendor management (Tapcart), drive backlog grooming, scope handoffs to delivery and QA, surface tradeoffs, and unblock delivery by clarifying edge cases and dependencies.
