Provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership: manage calendars, travel, expense reports, document preparation and filing, client communication, billing, timesheets, and office tasks. Maintain confidentiality, prepare Excel reports, use DocuSign and ShareFile, and assist with ad hoc operational duties to keep firm operations running smoothly.

Lead ETF business development by building relationships with RIAs, family offices, and wealth managers. Prospect, educate, and convert advisors on ETF implementation and portfolio construction. Partner with leadership on market strategy, contribute to thought leadership, represent the firm at events, and provide market feedback to shape product positioning and growth.
