Manage and grow customer accounts within the Atlassian ecosystem through strategic planning, co-selling with partners, pipeline management, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination. Lead strategic reviews, deliver demos/webinars, close deals, and maintain CRM hygiene to demonstrate value and drive renewals, expansions, and partner-driven opportunities.

Lead design, development, and implementation of Atlassian solutions; gather business and technical requirements; provide architecture and best-practice guidance; manage customer engagements; support rollout, adoption, integrations, migrations, training and UAT; act as senior technical advisor, contribute to proposals and sales calls.
