The Regional Vice President builds client relationships and drives sales in wealth management, managing the sales pipeline and ensuring a tailored client experience.

Serve as lead tax advisor for ultra-high-net-worth families, building multi-year tax strategies, overseeing compliance and controversy matters, managing a team of UHNW tax professionals, coordinating with external advisors, identifying planning opportunities (including cross-border issues), and supporting business development and service model evolution.

Lead client relationships and manage preparation, review, and delivery of income tax returns, estimates, projections, and tax research for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and businesses. Mentor tax staff, respond to notices, and communicate tax law changes to clients and advisors.

Lead product strategy and execution for Mercers Investment Platform across Trading, Billing, Cash Management, Client Reporting, and Investment Proposal. Drive cross-functional initiatives, prioritize enhancements, manage integrations, support escalations, and ensure adoption and operational scale through stakeholder collaboration and process documentation.

Support compliance monitoring, testing, and branch audits for acquired firms during integration. Conduct risk assessments, audits, and branch exams; identify trends, document workpapers, track remediation action plans, assist policy development, and report to Compliance leadership while staying current on regulatory developments.

Design, implement, and administer the firm's enhanced-risk monitoring and supervision framework for clients, employees, advisors, and business practices. Develop risk-scoring and high-risk criteria, oversee enhanced due diligence, manage heightened supervision plans, perform risk assessments, produce dashboards and reports, and support regulatory readiness and audit documentation.
