Build and maintain broker and seller relationships to sell wholesale and correspondent mortgage products. Leads enterprise product evaluations, implementations, integrations, and adoption initiatives. Manages cross-functional projects involving AI, automation, system modernization, and third-party platforms. Translates business requirements into implementation plans, develops business cases and ROI analyses, coordinates vendors and stakeholders, prepares executive communications, assesses risks, and supports organizational change and user adoption.

Complete and monitor residential mortgage bankruptcy ledgers, including payment history verification, ledger balancing, claims, motions, notices, document processing, audits, and deadline compliance. Research and resolve discrepancies using Fiserv/Sagent and servicer records, respond to attorneys and internal teams, handle escalated inquiries, perform manual calculations, support process improvements, coordinate projects, and train department staff.
