Lead delivery of quantum hardware releases on schedule and within budget for the DARPA QBI program. Own master schedule and budget, act as primary DARPA contact, remove technical and operational blockers, align cross-functional teams, manage resources and vendors, drive process and validation improvements, and perform continuous risk analysis to prevent delays. Role requires regular travel to Toronto.

Design experiments, own wafer lots at foundries, define metrology and failure analysis, improve yields, collaborate with internal and external photonics engineers, and implement process improvements to reduce loss and scale production.
