Leads pricing strategy and proposal financial analysis for government and commercial contracts. Develops cost models, pricing submissions, business cases, risk analyses, and proposal narratives while ensuring compliance with FAR, DFAR, CAS, TINA, and other contracting regulations. Collaborates with leadership, capture teams, estimators, and pricing management; supports audits, negotiations, fact-finding, certifications, and color team reviews. Requires substantial government contracting pricing experience, advanced Excel and Deltek ProPricer skills, and eligibility for a Secret DoD clearance.

Leads the company’s SOX 404 compliance program and internal audit function, including risk assessment, control documentation and testing, deficiency remediation, audit planning, and executive reporting. Manages audit staff, external providers, budgets, and cross-functional partnerships with Finance, Legal, IT, HR, and business leaders. Integrates data analytics and AI-assisted tools to improve audit effectiveness while supporting regulatory compliance and financial risk management.

Leads investor relations, earnings communications, capital markets strategy, treasury operations, banking relationships, debt management, and investor engagement. Advises executives and the board on market trends, financing alternatives, capital structure, and shareholder sentiment. Oversees SEC disclosure coordination, investor materials, roadshows, rating agency relationships, and support for M&A and equity or debt offerings. The role also manages the investor relations website and provides strategic leadership to the department.

Provide advanced financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for programs. Monitor costs, prepare EACs and variance analyses, support proposals/pricing, ensure compliance with accounting and contract requirements, coordinate billing/revenue recognition, mentor junior staff, and support audits and financial reviews.

Manage the IR&D program financial lifecycle: selection, forecasting, earned value reporting, cost analysis, EACs, and program risk/opportunity assessments; produce monthly/quarterly forecasts and present performance to leadership while collaborating cross-functionally.
