The role also involves improving workflows and contributing to startup initiatives with Marketing and Product. It is fully remote with quarterly travel to Los Angeles and occasional offsites.

Leads a full-stack engineering growth pod, owning its roadmap, delivery quality, team culture, hiring and career development. The manager remains hands-on by writing and reviewing code, shaping architecture, coaching engineers, and participating in technical decisions.
