Design and develop women’s woven apparel, including shirting, dresses, bottoms, and outerwear. Conduct design research, create hand and computer sketches, build technical packages, review samples, attend fittings, and collaborate with development, merchandising, raw materials, technical, and production teams. Support seasonal product presentations and cohesive collections while applying Everlane’s clean, timeless design aesthetic.

Own and improve People Operations programs across corporate and retail teams, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, internal mobility, benefits, compensation, compliance, HRIS administration, employee data, and manager support. Partner with Finance, Payroll, IT, Legal, and Retail Operations to maintain accurate, scalable, compliant people processes and provide guidance on employee lifecycle matters.

Design and develop women’s knitwear and sweater products from research and initial sketches through technical packages, sampling, fittings, and production. Collaborate with design, merchandising, raw materials, technical, and production teams to create cohesive seasonal collections aligned with Everlane’s clean, timeless aesthetic. Support milestone presentations and apply product and merchandising insights to future designs.

Leads Everlane’s data science and analytics team, delivering business insights, predictive models, experimentation, customer behavior analysis, and self-service analytics. Owns the data architecture and roadmap, evaluates new data and machine learning technologies, scales the data platform, and partners with stakeholders across marketing, digital product, and other business functions. Manages and develops data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers.

Identify and evaluate influencers, manage outreach and gifting partnerships, coordinate product shipments, track creator content and deliverables, maintain campaign records, and support performance reporting. The role analyzes engagement and audience data, identifies high-performing creators, and optimizes sourcing and outreach strategies to support brand awareness, customer acquisition, and growth.

Design and produce branded creative assets across email, web, paid social, packaging, digital marketing, and retail. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives. Develop concepts, mood boards, presentations, and production-ready digital and print files while maintaining Everlane’s visual identity. Contribute to brand evolution through creative problem-solving and awareness of design, fashion, culture, and emerging technologies.

Build, test, and deploy email and SMS campaigns; develop and optimize lifecycle flows; test segmentation and personalization strategies; maintain list hygiene, deliverability, and compliance; analyze campaign reporting; and apply customer insights to improve retention. The role collaborates cross-functionally and supports programs including welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, replenishment, winback, VIP, and churn-risk journeys.

Supports seasonal color palette and pattern development from concept through bulk fabrication. Creates physical and digital color palettes, CAD line sheets, product playbooks, pitch sheets, and visual assets. Manages dip and artwork requests, approvals, tracking systems, and color consistency. Collaborates with Design, Merchandising, Raw Materials, Sourcing, and Product Development teams to assess material feasibility and inform future color and pattern decisions.

Own and optimize Everlane’s homepage, collection pages, landing pages, campaigns, launches, and other ecommerce experiences. Build and QA onsite content using Shopify, Builder.io, Figma, and Airtable; coordinate creative requests and launch calendars; support A/B testing and CRO; analyze site performance metrics; conduct site audits; and identify opportunities to improve content, UX, merchandising, and conversion while managing multiple deadlines.
