Own strategic law-firm client relationships to drive adoption, retention, and growth. Lead change management and tailored adoption strategies, run business reviews, coordinate implementation/training/support/product teams, manage renewals and expansion, identify and mitigate churn risk, maintain account health and forecasting, and advocate customer needs internally to deliver measurable client outcomes and increased product utilization.

Lead and scale client learning and adoption programs for LEAP users through live instructor-led sessions and automated digital journeys. Own Gainsight-based lifecycle cadences, CTAs, playbooks, and program operations. Collaborate with CSMs, Product, and Support to build curriculum, run webinars/bootcamps, track engagement, and measure adoption, satisfaction, retention, and product usage improvements.

Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to law firms, generate qualified leads, schedule meetings for Business Development, build relationships via social platforms, meet weekly/monthly KPIs, and exceed team sales targets while leveraging CRM and sales tools.
