Build strategic relationships, identify upsell opportunities, troubleshoot integrations, use Salesforce and analytics to inform action plans, and execute scalable engagement cadences. Periodic onsite travel and cross-functional collaboration required to resolve issues and deliver measurable client outcomes.

Own full sales cycle to win new mid-market customers: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close. Build territory strategies, manage pipeline and forecasts in CRM, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use AI and sales tools to drive revenue and displace legacy competitors.
