As an Account Executive at Xplor Pay, you will build relationships with small businesses, onboard new clients, manage your sales pipeline, and close sales for payment solutions. Collaboration with various departments is essential, alongside achieving sales targets and enhancing customer experiences.

Manage and grow ISV/ISO partner relationships for Xplor Pay by understanding partner organizations and business models, driving sales production, supporting integrations and escalations, tracking partner performance and goals, assisting with commercial terms and reporting, and representing Xplor at partner events and visits.

Monitor merchant processing activity, investigate suspicious transactions, analyze patterns to detect fraud or risk, communicate with merchants and banks, maintain SOPs, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement risk mitigation and improve processes.

Manage and optimize client onboarding workflows: handle client inquiries, log and maintain Salesforce data, validate Stripe billing setups with accounting, update Asana, send contract adjustments, and lead ad-hoc projects to ensure accurate, timely client activations and improved process efficiency.
