Provides technical customer support for a cloud and AI security platform. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and debugging customer issues, system administration, networking, incident escalation, documentation, and developing scalable automation through coding and scripting. The role also participates in an after-hours, holiday, and weekend on-call rotation.

Own and enhance Salesforce CPQ and Quote-to-Cash architecture, including pricing engines, product catalogs, bundles, approvals, custom JavaScript, and enterprise Salesforce Flows. Diagnose production issues, optimize calculation performance, manage sandbox releases through Gearset Pipelines, and partner with Go-to-Market, Finance, and Product stakeholders. Develop and manage AI-powered GTM content infrastructure, including enterprise chatbot skills, prompt frameworks, agentic workflows, RAG-ready content taxonomies, and automated feedback loops. Partner cross-functionally to support sales enablement, product launches, onboarding, and campaigns. Measure adoption, deal impact, and time savings while maintaining content governance, accuracy, compliance, and alignment with sales cycles.

Manage enterprise customers throughout onboarding, deployment, adoption, operationalization, renewal, and expansion of the Wiz cloud security platform. Serve as a technical advisor, troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support, track customer health and business outcomes, lead executive communications, identify expansion opportunities, and help improve the TAM organization.

Drives new business and expansion within the SMB segment by generating pipeline, prospecting, managing full sales cycles, advising CISO-level executives, communicating cloud security value, closing deals, meeting quotas, and collaborating with solutions engineering, customer success, product, marketing, delivery, executives, and partners.

Supports Growth customers by partnering with account executives on technical sales. Delivers demonstrations, presentations, whiteboards, training, proof-of-value outcomes, and customer test plans. Serves as a trusted cloud security advisor across AWS, Azure, and GCP, articulates platform value, learns new technologies and product features, and contributes to quarterly sales targets.

Owns the technical product strategy for Wiz’s U.S. public-sector offerings, including FedRAMP and DoD IL4/5 products. Translates federal compliance requirements into product specifications, prioritizes government-specific features, manages the Wiz4Gov roadmap, and supports federal customers and internal teams. The role coordinates engineering, product, compliance, DevOps, marketing, and go-to-market stakeholders while overseeing feature authorization, government-specific SKUs, license updates, and regulatory readiness.

Own GTM systems strategy and roadmap for the Customer Engineering team. Partner with stakeholders across GTM, IT, Procurement, BI, Product, and Development to improve workflows, manage systems projects, scale technology adoption, and align AI-driven capabilities with operational needs. Document processes, prioritize requests, remove silos, and establish best practices for efficient, customer-focused revenue operations.

Manage the quote-to-close renewal process for commercial customers, achieving retention, growth, and contract extension goals. Partner with Customer Success to assess account health, forecast renewals, identify and mitigate churn risks, and resolve customer concerns. Build relationships with channel and alliance partners, collaborate with Legal and Deals Desk, manage multiple renewals concurrently, and contribute to process improvements.
