Lead client implementation projects for the AdBook+ platform, translating business requirements into scalable configurations and workflows. Responsibilities include discovery, testing, training, go-live support, troubleshooting, documentation, and project delivery. Serve as the subject matter expert for Content Marketing, maintain alignment with Product Marketing, and collaborate with Marketing and Design to deliver polished assets that support demand generation.

Lead and scale a cross-brand content marketing function to produce data-driven thought leadership and full-funnel assets. Develop editorial strategy, manage a team of content producers, harness proprietary datasets for research-driven storytelling, optimize SEO and distribution, define buyer personas, and measure content ROI to drive demand, pipeline, and retention while aligning with product, growth, and comms teams.

Manage and grow strategic enterprise customer relationships, drive renewals, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, provide product optimization and advocacy, coordinate internal teams for technical delivery, mentor CS teammates, and represent Chartbeat at customer meetings and conferences.
