Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Numerator’s alternative data solutions among institutional investors, including prospecting, trials, scoping, negotiation, closing, renewals, and expansion. Build relationships with investment and data teams, communicate data-driven ROI, develop tailored sales strategies, and collaborate with Sales, Consulting, Product, Data, and Marketing. The role also contributes to Financial Services go-to-market strategy and may eventually build and lead a dedicated sales team.

Leads Numerator’s global tax function across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. Oversees international tax compliance, U.S. direct and indirect taxes, tax provisions, reporting, audits, external advisors, and tax matters related to legal entities, acquisitions, and integrations. Partners with regional Finance teams, KPMG, BDO, and Accounting to ensure accurate compliance, strengthen controls, simplify processes, and deliver practical tax solutions.

Owns renewal outcomes for a portfolio of U.S. Promo Intel accounts, including retention strategy, customer relationship management, contract execution, commercial negotiations, churn-risk mitigation, and upsell identification. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product, Finance, and Sales Operations to close accurate, timely renewals and improve renewal processes. The role requires managing multiple accounts independently, analyzing retention trends, and traveling up to 10%.

Manage post-onboarding relationships for approximately 30 mid-market clients, driving product adoption, engagement, measurable business value, renewals, and account growth. Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer objectives, coaching users, presenting insights, conducting business reviews, and translating promotional data into actionable recommendations. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, Education, Operations, and Onboarding teams to resolve needs and improve the customer experience.

Supports Sales Directors by managing client communications, identifying upsell opportunities, overseeing account health, and coordinating strategic solutions with internal teams. The role manages day-to-day client relationships, improves internal processes, collaborates across account management and research functions, and creates proposals and briefs to support revenue growth.

Lead technical onboarding, implementation, and adoption for MCP-based and emerging solutions. Guide customers through setup, testing, and activation; support pre-sales discovery; monitor engagement and adoption; and translate technical capabilities into practical outcomes. Build scalable playbooks, documentation, training, and internal enablement while partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. Identify adoption friction and use customer feedback to improve implementation processes and product support.

Leads customer onboarding engagements from implementation through adoption and time-to-value. Builds onboarding plans, conducts training, develops enablement materials, confirms use cases, and manages customer relationships. Analyzes adoption metrics and feedback to identify risks and improvement opportunities. Uses AI-enabled tools and automation to improve workflows and personalize customer experiences while collaborating with account teams and internal stakeholders.

Lead enterprise sales growth for Numerator’s restaurant segment by prospecting new business, expanding existing accounts, engaging senior executives, uncovering client needs, presenting market research solutions, and managing the full sales cycle through negotiation and close. The role requires restaurant-focused enterprise software sales experience, consultative selling, strategic partnership management, strong presentation skills, and Salesforce.com proficiency.

Drive enterprise sales growth among CPG brands and retailers by expanding major accounts, prospecting new business, developing executive relationships, uncovering customer needs, presenting Numerator solutions, and leading sales cycles through negotiation and close. The role requires strong knowledge of consumer products, marketing, advertising, market research, and shopper insights, along with enterprise software sales experience and Salesforce proficiency.

Support Numerator clients through ad hoc analyses, consumer-panel insights, platform guidance, reporting, and recommendations that improve sales and marketing effectiveness. The role requires understanding syndicated and household panel data, business intelligence platforms, client relationship management, presentations, and data-driven problem solving.
