Leads Risk Engineering across the US and Latin America, focusing on energy and construction risks. Manages regional teams, budgets, staffing, workflows, standards, survey strategies, and technical escalations. Partners with underwriting, claims, actuarial, finance, and product leadership on risk, pricing, portfolio, and referral decisions. Represents the organization with brokers, clients, and industry stakeholders through business development, conferences, technical presentations, and thought leadership. Oversees risk appraisals, inspections, recommendations, and client service plans.

Manages routine to moderately complex workers’ compensation claims from investigation through resolution. Responsibilities include evaluating coverage, liability, compensability, damages, and reserves; developing action plans; conducting investigations; referring appropriate claims; negotiating settlements; and communicating with claimants, policyholders, attorneys, appraisers, and other parties.
