Lead the monthly end-to-end SIOP process for complex engineered products, align Sales, Programs, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance, maintain planning data sources and tools, partner with data science to build analytics and scenario models, perform gap analyses and mitigation, align plans with finance, produce executive reporting, coach planners, and implement SIOP playbooks and standard work.

Supports the transition, qualification, commissioning, and operation of Laser Powder Bed Fusion production equipment. Troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, controls, software, and process issues; improves reliability, throughput, yield, OEE, and repeatability; conducts root-cause investigations; implements corrective and preventive actions; supports quality validation, capital equipment projects, fleet standards, documentation, and factory ramp activities.

Own full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for hourly manufacturing, production, warehouse, maintenance, and technician roles. Source and build talent pipelines, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, prepare offers, track metrics in ATS, and partner with hiring managers to meet changing production needs and improve recruiting processes.

Design, build, commission, and operate propulsion test stands including mechanical structures, high-pressure fluid systems, instrumentation, DAQ, and controls.
