Manage and expand an assigned portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts by building client relationships, designing programs, coordinating carrier marketing and risk control, supporting producers, overseeing renewals and claims resolution, conducting annual reviews, and identifying cross-sell opportunities while ensuring compliance and mentoring team members.

Manage a book of small-group employee benefits clients, handling renewals, open enrollment, claims and coverage issues, billing and eligibility audits, carrier/vendor implementations, RFPs, compliance, client communications, and benefits presentations/webinars. Support Account Executive and collaborate with marketing, C&D, and carriers to maintain files, prepare plan documents, and deliver client financial reporting and stewardship.

Assist Account Managers with servicing personal lines accounts: prepare invoices, certificates, binders, process changes, maintain files, coordinate renewals, provide customer service, prepare and deliver policies, and manage account data and documentation.

Provide day-to-day account management for employee benefits clients: maintain client and carrier relationships, support retention, manage RFPs and renewals, advise on compliance (ACA/COBRA/HIPAA), prepare open enrollment materials, handle escalated claims and coverage issues, and create employee/HR presentations.

Manage personal lines accounts, ensuring service quality, accuracy in billing and policy checks, and client relationship management for high net worth individuals.

Manage a book of commercial insurance accounts by providing client service, processing transactions, liaising with carriers and underwriters, handling renewals, troubleshooting claims/billing, and identifying cross-sell opportunities while maintaining accurate account records and supporting producers.
