Provides financial planning and analysis support through forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, financial modeling, profitability research, capital expenditure tracking, and performance reporting. Partners with finance, sales, operations, accounting, IT, and business development teams to support strategic decisions, improve processes, monitor contractual financial obligations, and present recommendations to leadership.

Administers and governs Asana and Canva across regional marketing and creative teams. Designs standardized workflows, branching forms, custom fields, automations, approval processes, and reporting structures. Supports platform integrations across the broader marketing technology ecosystem, including Adobe, HubSpot, and Hootsuite. Ensures system quality, documentation, adoption, compliance, and continuous improvement while training regional administrators and implementing AI-enabled efficiencies.

The Account Executive drives local and national advertising revenue by prospecting for new business, managing client relationships, preparing proposals, pricing services, negotiating contracts, and coordinating campaigns with sales, marketing, creative, operations, finance, and ad operations teams. The role conducts outside sales activities, presents outdoor advertising inventory, oversees projects through completion, delivers proof of performance, and ensures customer satisfaction. Travel outside the office exceeds 50% and requires a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
