Lead a regional sales team across the Southwest to drive strategy, achieve branch sales goals, recruit and develop staff, manage budgets, and build customer/supplier relationships. Use data analysis to recommend strategy and process improvements, coach high-potential reps, and participate in a variable sales compensation plan. Role requires regular territory travel and cross-functional coordination to deliver results.

Support global supply chain sales by automating workflows, reconciling and validating data, and improving internal and customer-facing reporting. Build and maintain Excel VBA automation, gather requirements, test and roll out tools, train users, and apply AI tools to speed development and analysis while driving continuous improvement.

Support customers on low-power IoT wireless SoCs (WiFi, Bluetooth, ZigBee, Thread) and ARM-based application processors. Provide pre/post-sales technical consulting, drive design wins, collaborate with sales and suppliers, run trainings and events, and mentor junior engineers while participating in sales compensation plans.

Design, analyze, prototype, and test electronics hardware (power converters, motor drives, valve controllers) using SPICE, Altium/OrCAD, and MATLAB/Simulink. Create hardware requirements, schematics, PCB inputs, test procedures, and verification reports. Perform thermal, derating, DC load, and magnetics analyses; manage components/obsolescence; lead small/medium projects; mentor junior engineers; interface with suppliers/OEMs; ensure airworthiness and product readiness.

Own assigned customer accounts by driving solution selling, managing quote-to-order and order-to-invoice processes, and coordinating supply chain and quality activities. Maintain inventory integrity, negotiate pricing, support engineering and suppliers, and deliver customer service to grow margins and market share. Participate in variable sales compensation tied to performance.
