Own and optimize sales tech stack and CRM, manage pricing sheets and deal pricing accuracy, ensure correct billing handoffs, maintain data hygiene, build operational reporting and dashboards, monitor pipeline health, and improve sales processes in partnership with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success.

Lead and develop small backend and platform engineering teams building reliable, scalable fintech systems. Turn ambiguous problems into clear plans, partner on architecture and tradeoffs, contribute technically when needed, improve execution quality, and work cross-functionally with product and compliance to surface risks and balance roadmap with operational responsibilities.
