Leads the technical pre-sales process for new cybersecurity business, partnering with Account Executives from discovery through solution design, evaluation, and close. Architects Darktrace solutions across network, cloud, email, identity, endpoint, and hybrid environments; integrates SIEM, SOAR, and EDR tools; delivers demos and proofs of concept; and translates cybersecurity risks into business value for technical and executive stakeholders.

Own expansion, upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities across existing B2B accounts. Build account plans, conduct consultative discovery, develop outcome-based proposals, lead negotiations and proofs of value, and expand stakeholder relationships. Translate adoption and usage data into growth narratives while protecting retention and pricing. Partner with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Renewals, and other teams to deliver customer value and drive net-new bookings.

Partner with security and IT stakeholders to drive platform adoption, reduce risk, and realize measurable value. Create technical success plans, surface health and adoption insights, mitigate technical blockers, support renewals and expansion, and act as the technical voice for customers internally.
