Lead and grow Parsons' Rail Systems practice in the US West, manage large rail transit projects (> $500M), direct design/integration of signaling, traction power, communications and SCADA, drive pursuits and proposals, mentor teams, ensure systems engineering, safety certification, testing and successful project delivery.

Leads launch campaign planning and execution, spacecraft processing and integration, operational scheduling, customer coordination, technical project management, requirements alignment, system testing, troubleshooting, and mission operations. Supports launch-site activities, technician-level work, and remote operations while coordinating engineering, operations, project teams, and external stakeholders.

Lead and deliver complex traffic engineering and transportation operations projects across Southern California. Manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee scope/schedule/budget/quality, perform traffic operations analyses and microsimulation, support business development, mentor staff, coordinate with planning/roadway/ITS teams, and represent Parsons to clients and industry stakeholders.

Develop and maintain data-centric P&IDs using SmartPlant P&ID or Autodesk Plant tools; enforce tagging, symbology, and data integrity; integrate with SPF/Vault/BIM 360; perform QA/QC, support interdisciplinary coordination, design reviews, HAZOPs, and train staff on the SmartPlant P&ID platform.

Perform installation, relocation, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of NAS electronic systems (NAVAIDS, VHF/UHF, surveillance). Read schematics, use test equipment, document work, follow FAA procedures, and support field site activities with up to 100% travel.
