Lead and manage a small Systems Design team while directly designing, prototyping, implementing, and polishing gameplay systems (player mechanics, economy, progression, world simulation). Collaborate with gameplay programmers and leadership, create documentation and tutorials, plan milestones with project management, enforce design standards and quality, hire and mentor designers, and drive iteration and on-screen quality across a large-scale game production.
