The Core Tech Programmer will design and develop technology for game production, support artists and designers, and improve workflows and performance in the pipeline.

Prototype, implement, and own gameplay scenarios, narrative sequences, interactive objects, AI behaviors, and systems. Collaborate with animation, programming, and art teams, improve tools/workflows, and work independently while keeping leads informed.

Provide on-site hardware support as primary contact for local and remote users: build, configure, deploy, troubleshoot, repair, and track workstations, servers, and A/V equipment; manage tickets to SLA; relocate equipment; maintain inventory and documentation; escalate unresolved issues; deliver VIP white-glove service.
