Sources and negotiates complex commercial partnerships, aligns internal teams, analyzes industry trends, and drives audience and revenue growth. The role requires extensive partnership experience in digital entertainment, strong communication and presentation skills, cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and adaptability in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Coordinate and manage executive candidate interviews and logistics, serve as primary candidate contact, maintain ATS data integrity, handle NDAs/references/background checks, facilitate travel and onsite experiences, partner with hiring leaders and executives, and drive process improvements to deliver a high-touch executive recruiting operation.

Own operating expense close activities, accruals, headcount tracking, purchase orders, approvals, and T&E reporting. Build automation, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows across FP&A processes. Serve as the finance business partner to Engineering, maintain revenue, cost, and workforce models, conduct planning and forecasting, and explain variances to cross-functional stakeholders.
