As a Remote Travel Counselor, you'll manage corporate travel arrangements, ensure compliance with travel policies, anticipate traveler needs, and collaborate with your team to enhance service levels.

Provide high-touch travel planning and booking for VIP corporate clients (air, car, rail, hotels). Communicate via phone/chat/email, advise on policies, resolve issues, sell additional services, and meet team service metrics while working scheduled shifts between 12 PM and 11 PM ET.

Manage traveler operations, escalations, and program inquiries; drive change management and user education; implement and optimize booking tools; collaborate with TMCs; produce travel reporting and analyses; monitor compliance and resolve complex travel issues while communicating with stakeholders.
