Define system validation and quality platform strategy, enable agentic quality workflows, drive shift-left developer-owned testing, own CI/CD quality gates and telemetry, improve production readiness and release confidence, and hire and coach senior technical contributors while partnering across Dev, SRE, DevTools, Product, and AI teams.
