Sell Garner's healthcare solutions to brokers, consultants, and employers across the Northeast. Build and manage a territory pipeline, activate and deepen broker partnerships, run deals end-to-end, and implement tracking and processes to meet revenue targets.

Lead and manage Regional Directors and Account Executives across the East region to drive sales to mid-market employers (50–9,999 lives). Develop and execute sales strategies, build broker and partner relationships, identify new business, monitor performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet revenue targets while ensuring compliance and team accountability.

Own end-to-end monthly invoicing (~800 invoices/month) and Accounts Receivable including collections, cash application, and reconciliations. Maintain controls, validate invoices, manage A/R inbox and client inquiries, operate and improve automation/AI tooling, maintain billing data/portals, track billing KPIs (DSO, aging, error rates), and keep SOPs and documentation current.

Lead design, build, and support of Salesforce for RevOps: implement declarative solutions, manage data quality, administer security and users, integrate GTM tools, build reports/dashboards, troubleshoot issues, document systems, and evaluate/implement AI capabilities to support sales and customer success teams.

Partner with sales to design and present Garner's Employer and DataPro solutions to high-value prospects. Lead discovery, technical solution design, RFP responses, and project-manage engagements with support from Data and Product teams. Act as technical liaison, communicate value propositions, and stay current on industry trends to inform product improvements.

Own quota and drive revenue for Garner’s Insights and Referrals products by selling into healthcare delivery organizations and digital health companies. Execute full sales cycle—prospecting, discovery, positioning, contracting, and closing—while managing pipeline forecasting. Collaborate with SVP and cross-functional teams to inform go-to-market, enablement, and product roadmap through structured market feedback. Individual contributor role with occasional travel to HQ.

Lead retention and upsell for jumbo employer clients (5,000+ lives), acting as a trusted strategic partner on plan design and cost management. Manage client and broker relationships, monitor client health, resolve strategic issues, and collaborate with account managers and product/data teams to deliver customized ROI reports.
