Provide Tier 1/2 support and maintain servers, networks, virtualization, backups, and Microsoft 365 infrastructure. Troubleshoot hardware/software/connectivity issues, assist with deployments and upgrades, enforce security and compliance, document configurations, and collaborate on long-term infrastructure improvements to ensure stability and performance.

Manage technical publications projects for aerospace products, coordinating engineering, suppliers, and customers to produce maintenance documentation (CMMs, service bulletins, provisioning data). Prepare schedules and cost estimates, ensure compliance with industry standards, support internal writers and vendors, resolve content discrepancies, mentor staff, and drive on-time delivery through cross-functional collaboration.

Design, develop, verify, and sustain embedded aerospace software per DO-178. Collaborate across IPTs to define requirements, implement code (C/C++/Assembly), run simulations, perform coverage analysis, and support certification and manufacturing activities.

Lead cross-functional Integrated Product Teams to deliver aerospace product development programs from proposal through production transition. Manage program planning, scope, cost, schedule, risk, customer relations, and production readiness while ensuring compliance with quality and ITAR requirements.

Serve as the first technical contact for customers, translate requirements into quotes and solutions, support distributors/OEMs, optimize CRM/ERP/quoting workflows, build SOPs and dashboards, and pilot AI/automation to improve response speed and accuracy.

Design and improve manufacturing methods, tooling, fixtures, processes and layouts to support production. Identify root causes, implement corrective actions, evaluate design changes, develop operating instructions and metrics, coordinate vendors/customers, support MRB, and present ROI for equipment or process improvements.

Support production and continuous improvement through process development, troubleshooting, and automation integration. Validate new-product transitions, develop tooling and work instructions, apply Lean/Six Sigma and SPC, reduce cost and waste, and provide production support and training.

Design and support instrumentation and control products: assist with analog/digital circuit design, PCB layout, embedded C/C++ firmware, prototyping, validation, compliance testing, production troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives including complex calendar management, domestic and international travel coordination, meeting and event planning, email and communication management, expense and invoice processing, onboarding and HR support, facilities coordination, and vendor/contractor liaison duties to ensure efficient executive office operations.

Designs and implements automated test hardware and software for aerospace electronics, develops test procedures, performs failure analysis and root-cause, manages test projects and documentation, supports manufacturing and regulatory requirements, and collaborates across engineering, quality, and operations. Uses LabVIEW/TestStand and designs DAQ and interface hardware; occasional domestic and international travel (up to 10%).
