Leads commercial real estate portfolio strategy consulting engagements, including portfolio optimization, location strategy, site selection, financial modeling, market analytics, business intelligence, and business case development. Presents recommendations to C-suite and business leaders, manages complex client projects, supports business development, and generates service-line revenue. The role requires expertise in Tableau or Qlik, IWMS and CAFM systems, strong presentation skills, and 20%–30% travel.
