Design, develop, test, and debug modular, scalable software for secure cross-domain solutions. Modernize and productionize applications using C/C++/C#/Java, implement CI/CD and MLOps pipelines, collaborate with systems, cyber, and hardware engineers, and support installations, upgrades, and maintenance while meeting stringent security requirements.

Serve as sector Atlassian super user, develop best practices, training (train-the-trainer), track digital maturity and value, standardize tool usage, and support implementation with occasional travel. Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive process improvement and measurable outcomes for CIDO projects.

Design, model, test and analyze component- and system-level survivability across RF, IR, visual and acoustic spectrums. Plan and execute RCS/RF tests, develop/validate materials and processes, integrate survivability tech, coordinate with designers and suppliers, produce test reports and recommendations, and support liaison engineering and mission system integration.

Design, implement, and integrate containerized mission-planning software and services. Work in agile teams to build RESTful microservices, integrate Kafka data streams, deploy to private cloud, ensure test coverage and secure coding, troubleshoot across application/container/cloud layers, and collaborate with systems engineers and DevOps.
