Design, implement, verify, and optimize high-performance FPGA hardware for DSP and data-processing applications. Perform simulations, place-and-route, timing optimization, and lab/SIL integration. Define system and cyber architectures (Zero Trust, RBAC, IAM), guide Azure migration, own CI/CD and IaC (Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, Python), design hardened container/VM solutions, plan integration tests, and lead multidisciplinary teams for development, field deployment, and sustainment in defense/aerospace environments.

Lead and integrate planning and master-scheduling activities for F-35 program change requests and proposals. Coordinate cross‑functional planning teams, maintain master schedules and planning artifacts (BAMs, BOM reconciliation), validate SAP/RPO requirements, provide execution visibility and risk mitigation, and transition approved changes to execution teams.

Plan, coordinate, and execute mechanical integration and test activities for spaceflight hardware. Design tests, develop procedures, oversee floor operations, document/analyze anomalies, coordinate across disciplines, provide input on hardware and support equipment, estimate task durations, and ensure schedule and quality adherence in a manufacturing/IT&L environment.

Lead systems engineering for satellite ground systems within Agile teams: define requirements, interfaces, MBSE/CAMEO models, verification/test planning, integrate and test software, support lifecycle milestones, run demos and briefings, and use Atlassian tools to deliver mission-focused ground segment capabilities.

Support Navigation and Cockpit Systems Business Unit by developing, monitoring, and reporting budgets. Perform labor and non‑labor forecasting, variance analysis, journal entries, intercompany transfers, and accounts payable support. Interface with program and functional managers, ensure compliance with government guidance, and improve budgeting processes and data accuracy.
