Develop and deliver Java/JEE enterprise software in a SOA environment across the full SDLC. Work with JMS, web services, XML technologies, and collaborate with systems, hardware, and integration/test engineers. On-site role requiring Top Secret clearance and up to 25% travel.

Provide program cost and schedule control support using EVMS: establish WBS, maintain baselines, perform variance and EAC analysis, prepare government cost reports, support CAMs, and produce month-end reporting to inform recovery plans and funding decisions.

Lead EVMS-based cost and schedule control for material, major subcontracts, and general procurement. Prepare month-end reports, develop/review EACs, align WBS and purchase orders, perform variance and ET C analyses, support CAMs and IPTs, and assist audits and recovery planning.

Manage and oversee digital hardware engineering for FPGA/SoC/ASIC designs including development, verification, and transition to production. Implement quantitative processes and PLM practices, provide technical and proposal guidance, manage cost/schedule/technical performance, mentor and develop staff, and perform standard manager duties. Must be U.S. citizen, onsite in Woodland Hills, CA, and able to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.
