Lead and oversee electrical test planning, execution, and anomaly resolution for spacecraft integration, test, and launch. Serve as liaison between operations, engineering, and program teams, develop/review test procedures and schedules, provide mission control support, and ensure safety and readiness for flight hardware testing and launch milestones.

Adapt mobile control station applications to a DoD cloud environment. Design and build IaC, containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes), instrumentation, integration, security, and system test for an IL-5 cloud. Develop EMI/EMC requirements, perform modeling, simulation, testing, and troubleshooting using PSPICE and CAE tools to verify compliance to MIL-STD and DO-160 standards. Support design for producibility and system integration; work onsite and maintain required security clearance.

Prepare monthly and quarterly SEC financial reporting, analyze program financials and aged balances, prepare journal entries in S4/HANA and HFM, support SOX compliance and audits, develop leadership presentations, drive process improvements, and support ad hoc special projects.

Adapt mobile control station applications to a cloud environment: build IaC and cloud infrastructure, containerize services, implement instrumentation, integration, security, and system test. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an Agile environment.

Support proposal development and cost estimating/pricing for government contracts: compile cost, schedule, and technical data; build cost models; participate in should-cost/pricing reviews, audits, negotiations, and contract negotiations support.

Lead systems engineering for the Sentinel program: develop use cases, define and allocate requirements, create system architecture and interfaces using MBSE (Cameo/MagicDraw/Rhapsody), ensure verification/validation and requirements traceability, and produce model-based artifacts and processes.

Develop, update, and validate high-fidelity Simulink models and INS algorithms; perform simulation-based analysis and regression testing; validate against flight-test data; integrate models into system architectures and HIL/SIL environments; maintain version-controlled libraries and produce technical documentation and validation reports.

Lead and support proposal development for F-35 Production & Development, compiling cost, schedule, and technical inputs; build cost models and BOEs; participate in pricing, audits, negotiations, and contract discussions; produce compliant proposals and present recommendations to management.
