Provide technical leadership for GN&C on the Sentinel program: develop/verify/validate 6-DOF flight simulators, design and implement guidance, navigation, and control algorithms, perform tuning and stability assessment, develop analysis tools, evaluate system performance against requirements, and analyze flight test accuracy and root causes.

Support firm-fixed-price production programs by preparing budgets and schedules, performing financial forecasting, cost performance reporting, variance analysis, and Earned Value Management (WBS, baseline, estimates-to-complete). Monitor contract costs, ensure compliance with government cost-control guidelines, support audits, and provide financial inputs for planning and internal reports.

Develop, verify, and validate 6-DOF missile flight simulators and GN&C algorithms. Implement software tools, conduct system performance assessments, perform model verification/validation, and analyze flight-test GN&C system accuracy.

Design and execute system-level integration and test activities: translate requirements into test solutions, develop test plans/procedures/schedules, create qualification strategies, automate test scripts, coordinate integrated testing, evaluate test requirements, perform system-level technical analyses, and analyze navigation/mission computer data (MATLAB).

Provide EVM subject-matter expertise to program teams: mentor CAMs, develop and deliver EVM training, support program startup and IBRs, conduct internal and external EVMS reviews, ensure EIA-748 compliance, and support DCMA data-driven surveillance and program control processes.

Lead and manage all facets of lab, ground, and flight test programs including staffing, planning, execution, reporting, risk mitigation, schedule and resource coordination across multiple sites, supporting System Integration Lab activities and aircraft test modifications. Provide program leadership, ensure test objectives are met, and support extended shifts and travel as required.

Lead a small systems engineering team to define and allocate requirements, develop MBSE architectures and models (Cameo/Rhapsody/MagicDraw/SysML), create state machines and FDIR/BIT strategies, define interfaces, verify and validate wing-wide maintenance, operations, fault detection and shutdown capabilities, and ensure requirements traceability across the Sentinel ground segment.

Develops and coordinates integrated master plans and schedules, ensures horizontal/vertical integration across functions, tracks schedule performance, performs risk and critical-path analysis, and uses EVM, Gantt/PERT, and milestone charts to identify variances and drive corrective action.

Lead development, integration, and delivery of modular modeling and simulation software. Provide architecture and technical leadership, ensure verification/validation and model fidelity, optimize performance and CI/CD pipelines, integrate simulation components with system interfaces, and coordinate with systems, hardware, and test teams. On-site role requiring active Top Secret clearance and ability to obtain SAP/PAR.

Manage end-to-end subcontract sourcing, negotiation, award, administration and closeout. Monitor supplier performance, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, collaborate with stakeholders, drive cost savings and continuous improvement, and support program risk/opportunity management.
