Design, model, and integrate optical components and lenses for survivability systems. Perform raytrace-based optical design, simulate infrared/visual signatures, build and test hardware in lab and flight, collaborate in IPTs, support requirements, and meet customer goals while maintaining required security clearances.

Analyze material issues, design tests, produce specs and reports, support production and cross-disciplinary teams, and validate performance using modeling, proprietary EM analysis codes, and physical testing.

Lead sector financial reporting and technical accounting, overseeing monthly/quarterly close, SEC disclosure, SAP/HFM journal entries, ASC 606 revenue guidance, SOX controls, and external audits. Draft accounting position papers, provide US GAAP/SEC interpretations, train staff, mentor team members, and support ad-hoc profitability and contract reviews.

Design and support precision mechanical components for inertial navigation systems. Create drawings, GD&T, BOMs, and manufacturing instructions; develop and execute vibration/thermal/shock tests; provide production support, root-cause analysis, and mentor junior engineers. Collaborate across engineering, program management, supply chain, and manufacturing to ensure high-reliability inertial products.

Lead and develop a contracts team supporting the F-35 program, manage contract administration and negotiations, serve as primary customer interface, drive proposal development and risk mitigation, and use data analytics to improve compliance and decision-making. On-site in Southern California with ~10% travel.

Lead technical authority for IMU/IRU system architecture and integration. Develop and execute OU investment strategy and roadmaps, define/validate high-performance hardware and algorithms, assess technical proposals and risks, support business development, mentor systems engineers, ensure design review integrity and adherence to engineering processes, and promote reusable technical assets and continuous improvement across programs.
