Design and emulate network architectures, apply SDN/SD-WAN and carrier-grade protocols, deploy virtualized network images, ensure cybersecurity controls and DISA STIG compliance, engage stakeholders, and influence industry standards and consortiums.

Lead and develop a contracts team supporting R&AD programs; manage contract administration, proposal contracts, customer interface, compliance with FAR/DFARS, risk mitigation, and process improvements; drive proposal strategy and use data analytics to inform decisions.
