Lead the Full Stack Software discipline by defining technical vision, governing tools/processes/training, building a community of practice, enabling sector-wide engineering toolchains, resolving technical shortfalls, embedding lessons learned, and improving software engineering KPIs and interoperability across multiple Aeronautics sites. This is a strategic leadership role focused on governance and enablement rather than day-to-day coding.

Design and analyze analog circuits from system requirements through detailed design, verification, and characterization. Perform circuit modeling, simulation, PCB signal and power integrity analysis, schematic capture, subsystem testing, and troubleshooting. Collaborate within model-based engineering, DevSecOps, and Agile practices for defense systems.

Lead multi-disciplinary GNC teams to design and deliver advanced guidance, navigation, and control solutions. Oversee technical tradeoffs, support program capture and proposals, manage GNC program baseline including planning and earned value management, and support milestone reviews (PDR/CDR). Ensure flight sciences, control-law development, and stability-and-control analyses are executed and integrated.

Lead node integration for Command Systems: own program execution and technical baseline, coordinate stakeholders, perform integration, verification planning, MBSE-based requirements and interface definition, run trade studies, identify/resolve design gaps, and lead and develop the Node Integration engineering team through lifecycle activities.

Prepare monthly and quarterly SEC financial reporting, analyze program financials and aged balances, prepare journal entries in S4/HANA and HFM, support SOX compliance and audits, develop leadership presentations, drive process improvements, and support ad hoc special projects.

Prepare and maintain contract budgets and schedules, perform financial and variance analyses, maintain expenditure records, support EVM tasks (WBS, baseline, estimates-to-complete), and support audits and funding requests for government contracts.

Support proposal development and cost estimating/pricing for government contracts: compile cost, schedule, and technical data; build cost models; participate in should-cost/pricing reviews, audits, negotiations, and contract negotiations support.

Lead and support proposal development for F-35 Production & Development, compiling cost, schedule, and technical inputs; build cost models and BOEs; participate in pricing, audits, negotiations, and contract discussions; produce compliant proposals and present recommendations to management.

Lead the Autonomy CRAD portfolio—shape, capture, and oversee execution of applied research in automation, control, AI, and autonomy. Provide program execution oversight, ensure PM staffing and investment steering, coordinate with business development, map capability trends, manage risk, and support proposal and customer engagement. Requires active Secret clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret/SAP. Location: Redondo Beach or El Segundo, CA; travel ~10%.

Design, implement, verify, and test guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) algorithms for manned and unmanned fixed-wing air vehicles. Develop control laws, simulation models, and autonomy logic; perform nonlinear and flying qualities analysis; support HIL and flight testing; and produce analyses for design reviews through program milestones.
